This milestone reflects the strong commitment, focus, and collaboration across our entire organisation. The preparation and execution of the audits required significant effort from teams across all functions. Thanks to their dedication, we were able to present ourselves as a structured, motivated, and highly committed organisation.

Beyond the formal achievement, what stands out most is the feedback received during the audit process itself.

The lead auditor, Mr. Knoll-Watkins, highlighted the exceptional atmosphere within Ushio INE. He noted the openness and helpfulness of our teams - colleagues consistently offering support, engaging proactively, and demonstrating a strong sense of ownership. He also emphasised the pride and long-standing commitment of many employees, some of whom have been with the organisation for decades.

This external perspective reinforces what defines Ushio INE: a culture built on collaboration, respect, and shared responsibility.

While this certification marks an important step, it is not the finish line. As we continue to evolve within our new organisational structure, we remain focused on refining our processes and strengthening how we operate.
